I'm not performing so enjoy me talking about musicals yaaaaaaay

  1. Mean girls which haesn't open yet but ok
If you've seen mean girls it's like that because it is that just with music and dancing and singing and Barret Wilbert Weed who is an amazing singing and actress and I love her. They recently released a tralier and they will probably be open by the time you see this. It follows Cady, a new student at school, and how she joins the plastics, the popular girls in school, and decided to take them down from the inside.

    2. Frozen which just opened on broadway

Frozen is based off the Disney movie Frozen but with more songs. Apparently they changed somethings about the orginal and there aren't any troll people now but the plots still the same. The plot is just like the movie which is about Elsa learning about her powers and running away with her sister Anna with an overall theme of sisterhood, love and lonelliness kind of.

   3. Heathers which is actually off-broadway and was never on broadway

Heathers is based of the cult classic 1980 film of the same name. It follows Veronica as she and her boyfriend J.D accidently kills one of the popular kids Heather Chandler which then causes a chain of affects and sheds light on what high school actually feels like for most kids. I love this musical and it's my favourite musical ever like holy crap I can not tell you how much I love this musical. It also stars Barret Wilbert Weed  as Veronica and you can definetly see how she's improved from Heathers to Mean Girls.

    4. Dear Evan Hansen

Dear Evan Hansen tells the story of Evan Hansen and the events that take place after one of his classmates, Connor Murphey played by the literal angel Mike Faist who was also in Newsies, commit suicide and Evan claims they were friends. It's a good musical and Ben Platt, who plays Evan Hansen in the orginal broadway cast, does a great job. I mean my thoughts on it were pretty average but it is good.

    5. Anastasia which was freaking robbed at the tonys duE To tHiS wHOLE FREAKING HELLO DOLLY BULLCRAP

So Anastasia is based on the movie Anastasia which is about the myth of one of the Romanov family's youngest daughter, Anastasia, surviving the assination which was part of the russian revolution. Anya, Anastasia's new name, has lost all her memory from the her childhood but with the help of a few friends she begins to remember while also falling in love. Freaking amazing with costumes that are far better then whatever Hello Dolly did. It's a faithful remake of the movie and has a dreamlike feel to it.
