This is awesome, Molly. I'd like to use this as an exemplar, if that's okay with you! I like how you are bringing other texts to the table. I used to teach Dr J and Mr H at Level 2. Similar style/time period to The Outsider and Frankenstein. I haven't heard of The Secret History. Is it a written or visual text? You're doing some great work in English. It's wonderful to teach you again! Keep up the terrific mahi! :)
Hi Miss Johnson! I'm glad you liked my blogpost and yes I don't mind you using it as an exemplar! The Secret History is a written text by Donna Tartt who also wrote The Goldfinch. It's a fairly long book and it can be a bit hard to get into at the start but I enjoyed it.
Also, I'm glad you enjoyed teaching me! I enjoyed being taught by you and I learnt a lot this year!
